USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection
APHIS announced on 2/3/16 that inspection reports, inspection reports, research facility annual reports, lists of inspection licensees, and regulatory correspondence and enforcement-related information concerning its administration of the Animal Welfare Act (AWA) and Horse Protection Act (HPA) will be removed from its website. "Going forward, APHIS will remove from its website inspection reports, regulatory correspondence, research facility annual reports, and enforcement records that have not received final adjudication." These will now only be available through FOIA requests.
