Data, Systems and Evaluation
The Center for Health Data and Informatics became the Division of Data, Systems, and Evaluation with the merger of the Department of Health and Department of Human Services in July 2022.
Provides accurate, timely health information to monitor health status, assess the performance of the health care system, identify health threats, document health events, and guide health and health care decisions.
