Coordinates and supports the Utah's e-health initiative and facilitates the development of systematic applications of information, statistics, and computer technology for Utah's public health surveillance, health service, and learning. The office is an extension center for the Rocky Mountain Center of Excellence in Public Health Informatics at the University of Utah.
