Includes knowledge and capability in one or more of the following areas; antenna systems for general electromagnetic components, communications systems for space, suborbital, aircraft, and ground applications, instrument systems (both active and passive) for space, suborbital, aircraft, and ground applications, and systems and components for instrument, communication, telemetry, and radar applications.
