Congressional Caucuses are formed by Members to provide a forum for issues or legislative agendas. A number of caucuses exist in the House and their primary function is to draw attention to issues of importance to their membership. There are literally dozens and dozens of caucuses. Do a Google search of the caucus name site:house.gov and you'll find the link to the Representative's website who chairs the caucus. Many have Facebook and Twitter accounts and many issue reports.
